Returns and Exchanges

I am happy to accept returns and exchanges. Contact me when you receive your order within 3 days of delivery.

We accept return the customer must return within 14 business days. Customer must return their products BY MAIL, get the return label DOWNLOAD/PRINT.

  If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item MUST BE UNUSED  and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

1. Order Adjustment – Cancellation

 After placing your order, you have the right to cancel within 12 hours. Our company will refund the full value of your order. You may be charged for the transfer from PayPal if your order has already been processed.

2. Can I cancel my personalized order?

Yes, you have the right to cancel your order even if you have already accepted your order. You have 12 hours to send us information that you are canceling your order. After 12 hours, your order will be in production. If, for various circumstances, you were unable to send the message about canceling your order and you did it after 20 hours, please write to us. We will stop the production process and contact you as soon as possible.

3. How to make a personal order?

When placing a personal order, please write to us. Please provide a detailed description to complete your order: change the script qualities, change the color of the product, change the color of the ribbon, etc.

Your detailed description will allow us to carefully prepare a preliminary template for your approval.

After receiving your description, we will prepare a preliminary design for your approval. Once you approve the design, we will begin the processing process. All changes to the patterns are free of charge, no matter how many times we have to change the initial pattern for you.

4. What about ordering a customized product not available at our store?

Before placing an order, please contact us. Please provide a detailed description of the product you would like to have. We will respond to you within 12 hours and you will be informed whether we can complete such an order for you or not.

It may happen that we refuse to fulfill your order for various reasons, e.g. because it is difficult to execute or because the production is not adapted to fulfill your order.

5. Processing time

Our products are handmade and are made to order. The time it takes to prepare your order for shipping varies. For small orders, we need 3-5 working days; larger orders will take from 3-10 working days. Please contact us for details prior to ordering as each order takes time.

Once your order is complete, you will receive a Confirmation Email along with a Tracking Number from one Shipping Service Providers: USPS Shipping Generally Takes 3-5 Business Days (USA Destination). ALERT: Due to extremely high carrier shipping volumes, we cannot guarantee ANY delivery dates for shipped orders.  Please Make Sure Your Address is Correct! If the package gets returned due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for the shipping charges to reship the package to you. Party By Imagination is not responsible for delayed or lost packages via USPS.

6. Refunds

Goods that were custom made to order for the customer aren’t refundable, unless the following has occured:

– spelling errors on the packaging

– color mistake

– mistaken order

7. Shipping returns

Goods that don’t qualify for our refund policy cannot be returned or exchanged!

Our merchandise is shipped via USPS. If there is a problem with your order, please contact USPS.

– Damaged product on delivery by USPS

 -Delayed delivery due to the fault of the carrier

– Lost package

– Wrong shipping address

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

8. Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
